What’s up guys, it’s Simeon here! Today I’m gonna show you how to juggle a soccer ball, Step 1: Drop, tap, catch Now we’re starting easy. Hold the ball, drop it, tap it once, and catch it. That’s it. Your goal is to make the ball go straight up, not forward or sideways. If it goes wild, don’t stress—reset and try again. Step 2: Two touches Once one tap feels comfortable, let’s add another. Drop → tap → let it fall → tap again → then catch it. Same foot or switch feet, it doesn’t matter yet. Just focus on control. Big tip right here. Keep the ball below your waist. Small, soft touches give you way more control. If the ball’s flying over your head, you’re kicking too hard.
