At my last job I managed to increase sales by 30% during a semester by implementing a new customer tracking system and training the team in closing techniques. It was a team effort, but I had to lead the entire process. 3. I always try to anticipate, but if conflicts arise, I act as a mediator. I listen to both sides, promote communication and look for solutions that benefit the team without compromising objectives. 4. I base myself on clear KPIs: goal achievement, conversion rate, customer retention and customer feedback. Additionally, I hold weekly follow-up meetings to provide ongoing support. 5. I consider that my approach combines strategy and closeness with the team. I am analytical, but also very human in treatment.
