In Japan, there’s a unique company that runs comedy schools, teaching the art of being funny. The first of these schools opened in 1982 and has since become a hub for aspiring entertainers. Each year, around 1,000 students enroll to learn timing, expressions, and humor techniques. These schools have produced many of Japan’s top comedians and TV personalities.
