Pretending I’m eating healthy… Another tip from your neighborhood piggly wiggly…. The only thing better than a delicious fire grilled burger is a healthy delicious grilled burger. Have your butcher grind some fresh chicken. Mix in minced garlic, rosemary, black pepper, and salt to taste. Serve on a Kaiser roll with carmalized shallots. One of the best burgers you’ve ever eaten and you just saved a couple of hundred calories off of a beef burger. Personally I like mine with a boatload of French fries. Man I just love eating healthy….
