Rip Tide is a goofy, free-spirited Mermicorno with a one-track mind for adventure. He thinks he’s carefree, but most would agree he has more of a wing-it attitude. His Creative Force lets him freeze anything (or anyone!) in place by snapping a quick photo with his camera. The effect only lasts a few moments, but that’s more than enough time for Rip Tide to pull a quick prank on his frozen subjects.
