well the Job satisfaction and salary are important to me. Because for me, Job satisfaction is important to makes us more motivated, comfortable, and for sure excitement to go to work. considering the lifestyle cost and cost of living which also important. if we get a decent salary, it will make us confident doing this job. there's delicate between salary and job satisfaction. Taking money and have the toxic life can lead to burnout and giving up. And job satisfaction should be a focus to avoid burnout and finansal issue.
