Hey everyone! Welcome back to my channel — I’m Irvan, and today I’m going to show you how we service the CVT system on two scooters: a Vario and a Mio. We’re starting right from the disassembly process — opening the CVT cover, removing the pulleys, rollers, and checking each component carefully. While doing that, we also inspect the parts, like the V-belt, clutch pads, and roller housing, to see which ones are still in good shape and which need to be replaced. After cleaning everything, we move on to the reassembly. We put all the parts back together carefully using the complete set of tools that we’ve prepared ourselves. It takes some time, but it’s totally worth it — the scooter feels lighter, the acceleration is smoother, and the engine sounds much quieter.
