Rosalia "Rosie" Fuentes is an energetic five-year-old girl who is the eponymous main character of the show Rosie's Rules. Various special Rules are recited by Rosie in each episode. Rosie is of Mexican descent (on her father's side since her Abuela still currently lives in Mexico), as she is bilingual in both English and Spanish and frequently alternates between the two while speaking often.
