I have over five years of experience in IT helpdesk and technical support, working in both onsite and remote environments. My background includes resolving a wide range of hardware, software, and network issues for desktops, laptops, printers, POS systems, and display equipment. I began my career with Action Lab Services, where I provided Tier 2 technical support, performed hardware diagnostics, and supported users with installations, configurations, and software updates. I later joined NCR Atleos, where I specialized in the deployment and maintenance of ATMs, ensuring secure setup, timely preventive maintenance, and fast issue resolution. At Avolution Inc., I worked on digital signage and IT display systems, while also handling desktop support, network setup, and printer troubleshooting. Currently, I serve as an Onsite Administrator at Optum Global Advantage, supporting IT operations, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day system performance. Throughout my career, I’ve been known for my problem-solving skills, clear communication, and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
