The Bengawan Solo, known as the longest river on Java Island, should be a source of life and beauty. But sadly, what we see now is quite upsetting. All kinds of trash, like plastic, bottles, styrofoam, and even household waste, are easily seen floating and stuck along the river banks. This isn't just about the river looking bad; it's a serious threat to the animals and plants in the river, and to the health of the people living nearby.
