A little backstory... In November 2024, when life hit me with one of its hardest moments, I did something I never imagined I'd do. I cut my sisterlocks of over 3 years. It wasn't really about the hair. I was simply tired. Well... we're here now. 😅 This time, I'm intentionally starting over: both my hair care and skincare journey. But there's something that's genuinely confusing me. People keep saying your hair products shouldn't touch your face... and your skincare products shouldn't get into your hair. Now I'm wondering... is that even realistic? 😂 How exactly are we washing our hair without water and products touching our face? Is it that some hair products contain ingredients that aren't great for facial skin, or have I completely misunderstood the assignment? 😭 Skincare people, please come and educate me. Should we really be worried, or is this one of those internet debates?
