I would give this post a score of 9 because it describes many situations that I experience in my daily life, such as checking my phone in bed before going to sleep and sometimes buying things that I only use once. I also agree that we all have good days and bad days and that we want people to like us. I think the post is realistic and easy to relate to everyday life.
