Today I'm going to show you a quick tutorial on facial lymphatic massage. First, start at your neck, gently moving downward towards your lymph nodes. I prefer using my fingers, but you can also use a gua sha tool. Remember, always use light pressure - we're not doing deep tissue massage here!
