This is Day One, aur aaj hum baat karenge Self Respect ki. 21 Life Skills me self respect sabse pehla aur sabse important step hai, kyunki jab tak aap khud ki izzat nahi karte, duniya aapki izzat nahi karegi. Self respect ka matlab ghamand nahi hota, iska matlab hota hai khud ki value samajhna aur apni boundaries clear rakhna. Kab “haan” bolna hai aur kab “nahin” bolna zaroori hai, ye self respect hi sikhati hai. Self respect hume time ki kadar, mehnat ki izzat aur apne decisions par khade rehna sikhati hai. Aur haan, dusron ko respect dena bhi self respect ka hi hissa hai.
