My mom no longer fried plantain chips, and I—now a teenager, then a young woman—found myself missing that taste of home. You see, I’ve always been a snack lover. In fact, I could munch on snacks more than I ate regular meals 😅. I craved something healthy, something natural, something that reminded me of my roots. And one thing has always been true: I love plantain. I can’t go a day without it. 🍌💜 So I asked myself: “Why not bring back my mom’s legacy?
