I'm not just talking the talk, I'm walking the walk. Here's today's lunch. We have to change our eating habits, okay? We're cutting out sugar — no more sugar. We're just going to have lettuce and chicken, like the Sam's Club rotisserie chicken, and a couple of croutons, and a little bit of cheese. That big-ass bowl of salad I have? I need to eat like a third, no more than half. Why? Not because it's fattening, but because of portion control. We are going to get to a point where portion control matters. If you have croutons, you're going to look on the bag — how many croutons, right? No dressing, no nothing. That's the point we're going to get to, okay? You could use creamer, but no more donuts and shit, none of that. We're going to portion control. And don't worry, I'm going to dye this hair. Today I'm going to go buy hair dye. Okay, have the day you deserve. Let's eat healthier, make better choices, and let's get ourselves back.
