On todays episode we will be doing pineapple juice and here are the ingredients 1–2 tablespoons of sugar or honey (optional) 1 cup of cold water (adjust as needed) Ice cubes (optional) A few mint leaves or lemon juice (optional, for flavor) 🥣 Steps: Peel the Pineapple: Cut off the top and bottom. Stand it upright and slice off the skin. Remove the "eyes" (brown spots) by cutting shallow V-shaped grooves. Chop the Pineapple: Cut the pineapple into chunks, removing the tough core (optional if your blender is powerful). Blend: Add the pineapple chunks into a blender. Add 1 cup of cold water (adjust to how thick or light you want it). Add sugar or honey if needed. Blend until smooth. Strain (Optional): Use a fine sieve or cheesecloth to strain the juice if you want it smooth. Press with a spoon to extract all the juice. Serve: Pour into a glass. Add ice cubes and garnish with mint or a slice of pineapple. 🍹Tips: For extra flavor, add a splash of lemon or lime juice. You can also mix pineapple juice with other fruits like orange, mango, or ginger for a twist.
