In the glare of their own headlights, the girls glimpsed figures inside – small bodies topped with grotesquely large heads, their eyes burning with an eerie orange light. Overwhelmed by primal fear, the teenagers turned and fled into the darkness, their screams swallowed by the night. Legend has it that the Melonhead family claimed their abandoned vehicle and still roam the backroads of Connecticut in their stolen ride to this very day.
