Here is the example of how to attach, view, and change digital labels. You can add or change digital labels with the "Sensitivity" button in your Office apps & Outlook Mail. Both the M365 Apps desktop app and the Web version of Office & Outlook mail are similar. The operation is two-step. First, click the Sensitivity button. You'll then see options of digital labels.
