SweetDreams Bakery is a small business that makes cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and custom desserts. Our mission is to create fresh and delicious pastries that make people happy. Our vision is to become a well-known local bakery and grow in the future. All our products are baked every morning using high-quality ingredients. Customers can choose different flavors and decorations for special events like birthdays or weddings. We sell our products in our store, online, and on social media. We also offer delivery. The bakery has three departments: Production, Marketing, and Customer Service. Production prepares and decorates all desserts. Marketing promotes the bakery online, and Customer Service takes orders and helps customers. As the CEO, I manage the whole company. Our target market includes children, teenagers, parents, and students. The employees we need must be creative, responsible, and able to work in a team.
