Hello, how are you? My name is Jesús Gerardo Martínez Acevedo, and today I'm going to introduce you to a delicious dish I discovered during the International Culinary Festival in Puebla. It's Pad Thai, a traditional Thai recipe that combines sweet, savory, and slightly spicy flavors. The main ingredients are: 200 grams of rice noodles, one strip of chicken breast, 2 eggs, bean sprouts, chopped garlic, fish sauce, tamarind sauce, brown sugar, roasted peanuts, scallions, and a little chili powder. All of this can be easily found in Asian stores or large supermarkets. To prepare Pad Thai: First, I soak the rice noodles in hot water for 10 minutes. Then, in a large pan with hot oil, I cook the chicken with garlic. Then I add the eggs and scramble them. I stir in the noodles, sauces, and sugar. Finally, I add the bean sprouts and mix everything well.
