If you have a big appetite like me, one of the best meals you can have is something I call a power bowl Today I'm making these bite size pieces of salmon that I air fry with a little bit of oil and some seasoning. The great thing about these bowls is you can build them with any carbs or any veggies you have on hand. like leftover rice, some cucumbers, mango and avocado. drizzle any of your favorite condiments on top. Sprinkle some nuts or seeds until it feels good
