When I said things are “chaotic,” I meant everything feels like it’s happening at once — the retirement just hit, my days are off balance, the house showings come without much warning, I’m sorting out my financial mess, medical stuff, and trying to clear out years of life here. It’s not that I don’t want to see you… it’s that I want our first time in person to be when my head and heart are both clear, not distracted or pulled in five different directions.
