Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wa barakatuh. In this video, I will be making a remedial assignment about making fried rice (nasi goreng). Before starting the cooking process, make sure all the ingredients are ready and chopped. The key to delicious fried rice lies in high heat and fresh ingredients. Ingredients: 1 full plate of cold white rice (leftover rice from last night is better). 1 packet of instant fried rice seasoning (for example, Bumbu Racik Nasi Goreng). 2-3 tablespoons of cooking oil. 1 chicken egg. Instructions: Prepare the Wok: Heat the cooking oil in a wok over medium heat. Scramble the Egg: Crack the egg, and scramble it until cooked. Add the Rice: Add the cold white rice to the wok. Turn up the heat slightly. Stir the rice until it is well mixed with the egg and other additions. Add the Instant Seasoning (Bumbu Racik): Add all the instant fried rice seasoning. Stir quickly and evenly until the rice changes color and all the seasoning is perfectly mixed. Add Sweet Soy Sauce (Kecap): Pour in sweet soy sauce to taste. Stir again until the rice color is even and appealing. Taste-test for flavor. And it turns out delicious! Then, serve the fried rice, and it is ready to eat.
