Good afternoon miss, my name is Luciana Iriarte and I am going to introduce to Pablo Picasso. Pablo Picasso was born in the year October 25th 1881, was born in Malaga and died on April 8th 1973. This man was married twice throughout his life: first to the Russian dancer Olga Khokhlova (in 1918), and his second and last marriage was to The French artist Jacqueline Roque (in 1961). From 1895 to 1900 he lived in Barcelona, where Picasso studied at The School of Fine Arts in la Coruña (where he is considered a High School Student), and. After a first trip to Paris, He moved to Madrid to study at The Royal Academy of Fine Arts of San Fernando in Madrid, although he only spent a brief period at the latter and did not obtain an official degree. He painting at a very early age, creating his first oil painting, "The Picador", at the age of eight. His father, a painter and teacher, was instrumental in his artistic training, and by the age of 13 he was already working as an artist in a realist style. He is known as one of The most influential artist of the creation of iconic works such as Guernica. He also had at least four children, from his marriage to Olga, he had his son Paulo, from his relationship with Marie-Thérèse Walter, he had his daughter Maya. With other partner, Françoise Gilot, he had Claude and Paloma. He was a prolific artist who mastered multiple techniques and media, and his work was characterized by constant experimentation through distinct artistic phases, such as The Blue Period and The Rose Period, leaving an indelible mark on modern art. Likewise, Picasso, along with Georges Braque, was The main driving force behind Cubism, an artistic movement that broke with Traditional figuration by depicting objects from multiple angles and geometries. His work "Les Demoiselles d'Avignon" (1907) is considered a key starting point for this movement. He have left in his Co-Creation of Cubism, an artistic revolution that broke down Traditional forms and perspectives. He left behind his ability to continually reinvent himself. He explored sculpture, ceramics, and printmaking in addition to painting. He have also inspired many people to this day. His has still kept alive. The meaning of why painting are true arts, no matter how confusing it may be, you can always find a way to understand them, like one of his works called "Guernica", which is a universal symbol of peace, and his artistic output, comprised of more than 50,000 works, he has continued to inspire new artists in this world and define the image of the modern artist.
