1. In what ways do you think the presentation experience will benefit your future academic or professional work? The presentation experience helped me develop essential communication and organization skills. It improved my ability to explain complex ideas clearly and confidently, which will be useful in future academic projects, research defenses, and professional meetings. It also taught me how to engage an audience and manage time effectively during a presentation. 2. How would you summarize your topic in one minute for a non-specialist? My presentation focused on [insert your topic]. In simple terms, it explored how [briefly describe the main idea or problem]. I explained why this issue matters, what solutions or findings are available, and how they can be applied in real life. The goal was to make the topic understandable and relevant even to people without a technical background. 3. If you could change one aspect of your preparation or delivery, what would it be and why? If I could change one thing, I would spend more time practicing my delivery in front of an audience. Although my content was well-prepared, I realized that practicing with others helps reduce nervousness and improve eye contact and pacing. Feedback from peers would have made my presentation even stronger. 4. What advice would you give to a student preparing for their first technical oral presentation? My advice is to understand your topic deeply and simplify your explanation as much as possible. Practice several times, ideally with friends or classmates who can give feedback. Use visuals to support your points, not to overwhelm the audience. Finally, stay calm and confident remember that the audience wants you to succeed and learn from what you share.
