説明
Introduction The project is located in TayTay, Rizal Province, within the Metro Manila area of the Philippines. The site features a dynamic topography that is leveraged to organize platforms and create a harmonious relationship between the architecture and the natural landscape. The proposal consists of white, box-like volumes, arranged in a modular pattern and leaving interstitial spaces intended for vegetation. This approach integrates nature within the architectural complex and provides light, ventilation, and a sense of coolness to every space. The massing is developed in a stepped manner to adapt to the site's slopes, creating courtyards, plazas, and fluid circulation paths that foster social interaction. On the upper level of the project, a larger-scale volume stands out, serving as the main landmark by incorporating a central plaza. Complementing this, another sector of the site is distributed with a children's playground, recreational areas, sports courts, and an outdoor exercise circuit, all integrated within a natural environment with abundant green spaces.
