I thought I’d just walk you through my Sunday routine real quick. Nothing fancy, just the stuff that helps me feel kinda human before Monday hits. So, first thing, I let myself sleep in a little. No alarms, unless I absolutely have to. Sundays are for slow mornings, right? Then I usually make a good breakfast, like, something a little extra. Pancakes, eggs, maybe just a fancy coffee if I’m feeling lazy. It’s like my little good job, hey girl, you survived the week. After that, I do a quick brain dump. Just grab my planner or Notes app and spill out everything that's on my mind, stuff I gotta do, appointments, random to dos. No order, just getting it all out. Then I pick my top three priorities for the week. Seriously, only three. Because if I try to do more, I already know I’m setting myself up to stress. Later in the afternoon, I’ll do a quick reset around the house. Nothing crazy, just laundry, dishes, and picking up stuff that’ll annoy me Monday morning. And finally, Sunday night is wind down time. I’ll do a face mask, watch a show, maybe read a little, anything that feels chill and not like homework for life. That’s the Sunday routine. Pretty simple, but it makes Monday way less scary.
