Nuclear energy, by Juan Diego, Nuclear energy is a non-renewable energy source with a high risk globally, but why is nuclear energy so bad? Nuclear energy, since it's inception , has been extremely dangerous for both humans and all living beings in general.Created for destructive purpose, it is currently difficult to justify its use . Two of the worst accidents in history were Chernobyl and fukushima , accidents at nuclear power plants that condemned the lives of hundreds of thousands of people and left the surrounding contaminated areas uninhabitable for an indefinite period. The resources used for the containment and management of nuclear energy are also something to consider , as they consume many resources that could be used for other purposes. Most importantly, the waste generated by nuclear plants is extremely difficult to contain and poses such a high risk that accidents are almost inevitable. That's all.
