Hello. Today I’m going to talk about my daily eating habits and my sports routines. First, for breakfast, I usually have rice with eggs, arepa, cheese, hot chocolate, empanadas, and cereal. I like having a big breakfast because it gives me energy for the day. During the week, I sometimes have lunch at my girlfriend’s house because she lives very close to my job, and she invites me. But other times, I bring my lunch from home, especially when I’m in a hurry. At home, I cook my own meals because I live alone. I like cooking, but sometimes it takes time. About vegetables, I really like them, but I don’t eat them very often. I know they’re healthy, so I try to include them sometimes. There are many things I can cook by myself. For example, I can make beans, cream of mushroom soup, chicken stew, and tacos. And when I don’t have much time, I cook something simple, like a salad. Now, about sports. I really like swimming, BMX, and especially soccer, because I have loved it since I was a child. It’s the sport I feel most connected to. I usually exercise near my house, and after my university classes, I also do some exercise there. Most of the time, I practice sports alone, because it helps me relax and focus. I sometimes exercise twice a week, but now that I don’t have much time, I only go once a week. And finally, the sport I can play well is soccer, because I practiced it for many years and it has always been my passion. Thank you for listening.
