Description
Arteta is one of the protagonists of the "Seer" animated series and comic book series. He is a companion of Sai Xiaoxi and Kalulu, the protagonist of the comic "A Tieda Side Story," and the boss of T1988. He feels the enemy is always around; he enjoys commanding others and is a typical battle fanatic. He is impulsive and a bit neurotic (in the mid-to-late part of the anime). He excels in wielding his twin Moon-Slashing Blades, though he sometimes forgets to charge them. He is constantly striving to become the universe's greatest warrior. He is voiced by Wang Zi, Liu Beichen, Zhai Wei, Zhou Nanfei, Du Guangwei, and Xu Gang.
