ETC TV (Chile) announcer 1 (mid-2000s-early 2010s)
One of the announcers from the Chilean TV network, ETC, during the 2000s, I don't know when this announcer began it's usage, but maybe around 2004/05. (if anyone wants to correct me, let me know)
