Hi, I’m Juan David Rodríguez. I am a student of the Advertising Development Technology program (ID 3070239) and a 31-year-old triathlete. More than just chasing podiums, I use triathlon as a tool for emotional management and accountability. In a world where daily stress can be overwhelming, I train to face life with serenity, supported by a holistic approach of physical strengthening, nutrition, and mental training. My mission is twofold: first, to mentor young talents so they see sports as a path of discipline; and second, to create outlets for friends and adults who, like me, need to disconnect from the daily chaos to reconnect with their health. In short: I train to be a better athlete, but above all, to be a more balanced and helpful person for my community.
