Once upon a time, in a green meadow by the river, lived a hen named Clara. Clara was cheerful and loved by all the farm animals. She woke up early, helped others, and always shared her food. But in the dark forest nearby, lived a sly fox named Bruno. Bruno had one goal — to catch Clara. One day, Bruno came up with a sneaky plan. He built a beautiful wooden house near the farm path and placed a sign outside that said: “Free Corn! All hens welcome!” Clara saw the sign while walking with her friend, the old duck. “Free corn?” said Clara. “That sounds… unusual.” The old duck looked worried. “Clara, be careful. It could be a trap.” But Clara was curious. “I’ll just take a look,” she said and tiptoed toward the little house. Just as she reached the door, she heard a small voice whisper from the bushes: “Don’t go in, Clara. It’s not safe.” It was a young rabbit, who had seen Bruno hiding behind the house with a net. Clara quickly had an idea. She gathered her friends — the duck, the rabbit, the goat, and even the dog. They worked together and quietly set their own trap behind the house. Then Clara clucked loudly, pretending to go inside. Bruno jumped out with his net, shouting, “Got you!” But he didn’t catch Clara. He fell right into the animals’ trap! The dog barked, the goat stomped, and the rabbit called the farmer. Bruno was caught and taken far away from the village. Clara smiled and said, “Curiosity is good, but never forget caution. And with teamwork, even the smallest can defeat the trickiest.”
