1. At this stage of your life, do you feel you have a clear sense of direction or purpose? Why or why not? At this stage of my life, I feel that I have relatively clear personal and professional goals. Moving to Spain was a decision based on personal growth and new opportunities. However, this process also meant leaving behind important emotional bonds and job opportunities in Peru. This situation sometimes creates mixed feelings of progress and loss. Overall, I see this period as one of personal rebuilding. 2. How would you describe your emotional well-being over the past year? My emotional well-being over the past year has been mixed. It has been influenced by adapting to a new country, culture, and social environment. I have experienced moments of motivation and satisfaction, as well as nostalgia and emotional tiredness. Being far from my close network in Peru has had a strong impact. Despite this, I recognize personal growth. 3. Have you ever felt lost, emotionally disconnected, or unsure of where you belong? Can you describe that experience? Yes, I have experienced moments of feeling lost and emotionally disconnected. These moments were mainly related to the migration process and adjusting to life in Spain. Feeling that I did not fully belong either here or in Peru was common. Although uncomfortable, this experience led to reflection. Over time, it increased my self-awareness. 4. When you feel stressed, sad, or overwhelmed, what do you usually do to cope? When I feel stressed, sad, or overwhelmed, I use different strategies to manage my emotions. Walking, writing, or spending time in quiet reflection helps me understand how I feel. Staying in contact with people I trust, both in Spain and Peru, is also very important. Emotional support from a distance has been essential. These practices help me feel more stable. 5. How connected do you feel to your body in your daily life? My relationship with my body is generally aware, but not always consistent. During stressful periods, I tend to disconnect from physical signals. When I slow down, I realize that my body reflects my emotional state. Paying attention to these signals helps me regulate myself better. Over time, this connection has become clearer. 6. Do you feel that physical movement affects your mood or emotional state? How? Physical movement has a clear effect on my emotional state. Activities such as walking or stretching help release tension. During times of change and uncertainty, movement becomes a way to manage emotions. After moving, I usually feel more mentally clear. My overall mood also improves. 7. How supported do you feel by your social environment (friends, family, community)? My social support network is currently divided between Spain and Peru. In Spain, I have slowly built new relationships through work and daily activities. However, my strongest emotional support remains with my family and friends in Peru. The physical distance can be challenging. Even so, these relationships are very important to me. 8. Even if you are socially active, do you ever experience loneliness or a lack of deep connection? Even though I have an active social life, I sometimes feel lonely. This feeling is not about being alone, but about missing deep connections. Emotional and cultural distance plays a role in this experience. I especially miss long-term relationships. It is a quiet but meaningful feeling. 9. Do you feel there are enough accessible spaces where you can express yourself freely (emotionally or creatively)? I believe there are spaces for emotional and creative expression, but they are not always easy to access. In a migration context, expressing vulnerability takes time and trust. Sometimes these spaces feel limited. When I find them, they are very valuable. They allow me to express myself more authentically. 10. Have you ever participated in movement or physical activities in a group? How did it make you feel emotionally and socially? I have taken part in group physical activities both in Peru and Spain. These experiences created feelings of social connection and belonging. Shared movement helps people connect beyond words. Emotionally, these activities are usually positive. They also support building new social relationships. 11. What do you feel is most missing in your life right now to feel more balanced, connected, or fulfilled? At this moment, I feel that I lack a stronger sense of stability and belonging. Building a sense of home in Spain is still an ongoing process. Emotional integration takes time and consistency. Having deeper and more stable relationships would be very important. This would help me feel more balanced and connected.
