Norhaina” is staged within another play called Uyayi sa Digmaan (Lullaby in War). It tells how Norhaina courageously leads Moro women and children fleeing conflict around Liguasan Marsh, carrying her baby Amira as they cross dangerous waters to safety. The narrative is interwoven with backstage life: Raizza (the actress) and Kurt (her co‑actor) navigate their own personal tensions, including cultural and religious differences. Their performance culminates in a powerful stage moment where Amira floats among the women as they sing a lullaby—the Bang ka sa Kinabuhi (“Boat of Life”).
