Good morning. My name is Karin, and I am nineteen years old. I am from Arequipa, Peru, and a very important part of my life is that I am a nursing student. It is a challenging but very rewarding career. Let me describe myself and my family. I am a very active and dedicated person. My family is small but wonderful. I don't have any brothers or sisters; I am an only child. My mother's name is Magdalena. She is a very caring woman, and she is my inspiration for studying nursing. My father is Marcos. He is a hardworking man and is always supportive. Our home is always full of love, and also full of animals! We have a big family of pets. I have four dogs and two cats. I have a female dog named Peque, and she is already old. I have two puppies named Oso and Coco. They suffered from a disease called parvovirus, but thankfully, they are healthy now. My last dog is named Roky. My cats are named Romano and Gringo. Their names are curious; my father was the one who named them, and they actually respond to those names! My daily routine is very busy. I am an early riser; I usually wake up at 5 a.m. I always try to have a good breakfast, although sometimes I am in a hurry. My classes mostly start at 8 a.m., and they usually finish at 7 p.m. My schedule is very demanding because I have practical training three times a week, and I even have classes on Sundays. So, I frequently have to start my day very early and my weeks are very long. I rarely go to bed late because my days are exhausting. Now, let's talk about animals and food. I have a great love for animals. In terms of food, I like fruit more than vegetables. I have a special preference for pineapple; it is my favorite fruit. I don't like vegetables much in their solid form, but I usually try to consume them in juices. Regarding my likes and dislikes, I really love playing different types of sports, like volleyball. I also enjoy playing mobile video games; it's a fun way to relax. I absolutely love watching sunsets and I adore animals. However, I don't like cooking very much. It's not that I don't know how, but I find it a little boring. Now, I will answer some questions about my daily life. What time do your classes finish? They usually finish at 7 p.m. Where are you from? I am from the beautiful city of Arequipa. Who is your inspiration? My mother is my biggest inspiration. Do you have any pets? Yes, I have four dogs and two cats. Do you have classes on Sundays? Yes, I do. Do you like vegetables? No, I don't like them much, but I try to consume them in juice. To conclude, my life is a busy but happy mix of study, family, my passions, and my animals. I believe that even with a busy schedule, it's important to enjoy the small moments, like a beautiful sunset or playing with my puppies. Thank you for listening.
