I absolutely loved filming in Paris, it's just magical. The whole crew was brilliant, and the atmosphere on set was incredible. Though, I must say, getting up at four in the morning for hair and makeup was quite challenging, but that's just part of the job, isn't it?

You know, writing this song was like therapy for me, really. And my friends were there through the whole process, and stuff like that. It's about learning to forgive yourself, like, properly forgive yourself. And it's scary, but it's beautiful, you know?

Oh god, the burnout is so real after trying to act normal all day. It’s basically exhausting because you're constantly thinking, like, am I making enough eye contact or is this too much? Women just pick up on those tiny social cues so much faster, and it's honestly terrifying.

I absolutely loved filming in Paris, it's just magical really. The whole atmosphere, the crew, everything was brilliant. Though the early morning shoots were quite challenging, but that's just part of the experience, isn't it? The city itself is just beautifully inspiring.

I mean, I think it’s so important to just be okay with not having all the answers. Like, we’re all sort of learning in public now, and it’s terrifying, but also kind of beautiful to just say, yeah, I'm still figuring this out and that’s perfectly fine.

I mean, when you're traveling, you just hope you meet these amazing people, right? Because that's what really makes the journey special. Sometimes you find someone with such an incredible story that you just sit back and let them talk, and it's absolutely brilliant.

You know, it's fascinating how social media has sort of changed everything in journalism, and I mean, the way we cover stories now is just completely different from, like, ten years ago. And then you've got these platforms that just keep evolving, and it's actually quite extraordinary when you think about it.
