I've often found that the most difficult part of any fitness journey is simply staying consistent when life gets busy. It’s about finding those small moments to focus on your goals, ensuring you’re fueling your body with the right nutrients to support your recovery and long-term health.

So for this role, I've had to adapt my training quite significantly. I'm doing about two hours in the gym each morning, focusing mainly on building muscle mass and functional strength. Unfortunately, with the filming schedule, it's been quite challenging to maintain the routine, but yeah, we're making it work.

You know, when I'm preparing for a role, I sometimes like to try different things, see what works. Like, I'll spend hours just working on the character's walk or the way they hold themselves, and I guess it's really about finding those little details that make it feel real.

Open your eyes in sea water and it is difficult to see much more than a murky, bleary green colour. Sounds, too, are garbled and difficult to comprehend. Without specialised equipment humans would be lost in these deep sea habitats, so how do fish make it seem so easy?

You know what's weird about getting a new haircut? Like, you look in the mirror and suddenly feel like a different person. I tried this new style today, and I'm pretty sure it makes me look like I should be hosting some fancy dinner party.

I'm absolutely delighted to share this journey with you all. The character development process has been incredibly rewarding, and I've immersed myself completely in the role. The physical preparation, the emotional depth - it's all coming together beautifully. I can't wait for everyone to experience it.
