When people tell us that gender equality is already achieved, that we should be satisfied. I think. We need to look harder at the reality. We have to question these assumptions. Because true equality isn't just about laws, it's about changing mindsets. We deserve more than partial progress.

I mean, working on different film sets around the world is just incredible. The crews are amazing, the experiences are brilliant. Of course, there are challenges, but honestly, it's just so rewarding to see how different cultures approach filmmaking.
