So I've been trying this new thing where I sort of disconnect from social media before bed, and it's like, actually helping me sleep better. Instead of scrolling, I just kind of wind down with some tea and maybe read something light. It's becoming my protected evening time.

Sometimes we need to remember that setting boundaries isn't selfish, it's necessary. We give so much of ourselves trying to fix everything for everyone, but at some point, we have to learn that taking care of ourselves is just as important as caring for others.
