Alright guys, just finished my first follow-up appointment. So the swelling's going down, still got some redness around the crown area. Doctor says everything's healing perfectly. Remember guys, it's not about the immediate results, it's about the journey we're on.

Alright guys, just got back from the doctor's appointment. So, everything's healing up pretty good, still got some swelling and stuff like that. Gonna take it easy for the next few days, but that's just part of the process, you know.

So we finally found a local gym to hit some legs and the atmosphere is just incredible, really brings back memories. The mission now is to finish up this session and head over to my cousin's place for a big barbecue and all that good stuff. Tag along if you want.
