So today I want to share something amazing I've discovered through my breathwork practice. It's like, when you really tune into your breath, you realize that your body has been carrying all these emotions, and honestly, it's been such a powerful tool for releasing old patterns.

Just spent twenty minutes flirting with my reflection in the coffee shop window, then realized people inside were watching me. Whatever, at least my reflection thinks I'm cute. Why is being awkward so exhausting?

It was just such an incredible experience, you know? Going back to those indie roots really reminds you why you started acting in the first place. It wasn't about the glamour, it was just about the work and finding that raw, honest connection with the character and the crew.

Hey guys so like what if you're eating cereal and suddenly your spoon turns into jelly okay that would be pretty weird right like how would you even finish your breakfast maybe you'd have to drink it straight from the bowl?
