So I was at the airport and this guy goes, Dan, you look really exhausted, is the new album that sad? And I'm like, is the album sad or did I just wake up three minutes ago? I think I'm just struggling with the suitcase to be honest.

You know, this song came from a really personal place, kind of when you're going through something and you just need to get it out. I wrote it late one night, and it's weird because sometimes the hardest moments make the best music, if that makes sense.

Yeah, so I've been in the studio for like twelve hours straight just trying to finish this one bridge. I'm honestly such an idiot for overthinking it, but I just want it to be perfect for you guys. It's coming soon, I promise it'll be all right.
