Honestly, I want to talk about this because your brain and your body need to be in unison. They need to be best friends. When you're just putting on a character for the world, you're losing that connection. Now why do we do that? Because it's hard to be real.

Actually, I've been thinking about the whole authenticity thing again. People spend so much time crafting a perfect image, but why can’t we just be real? I’d rather just talk to you guys in the moment, you know, without all the acting or the sales pitches.
