You see, the human mind is like a garden. If you want to grow your consciousness, you must first prepare the soil. This means creating the right inner atmosphere. When your mind is still, your awareness naturally expands.

You see, the human mind is capable of tremendous possibilities, but have you noticed how we waste this precious instrument? In every moment, we have a choice - to be in clarity or confusion. This is not philosophy, this is the very nature of existence.

You see, the human mind is such a tremendous possibility. But have you noticed how we are using it? Most people are using just a small fraction of it. This is not the way of intelligence, this is the way of limiting yourself.

Look at consciousness, what is it really? If you are identified with thoughts, you will chase thoughts. If you are identified with silence, you will find silence. But remember, I am not saying one is better. I am simply showing you different dimensions of existence.

You see, human consciousness is not about doing, it's about being. When people ask about meditation, they think it's something to do, but meditation is actually a state of being. The question is not what to do, but how to simply be.

Look at your mind, how it functions. The tremendous possibility that sits there unused, you see. Most human beings are living such limited lives, but have you noticed? Your consciousness can expand beyond what you imagine, but time is running, running.
