So I just finished this amazing workshop today, and honestly, I'm still processing everything. Beautiful presentations, so many great ideas, and I got to connect with some wonderful people. A bit overwhelming but good overwhelming, you know what I mean? Really, really good day.

You know, I think one of the most valuable lessons I've learned is about balance. Being a mom, having a career, it can feel overwhelming sometimes. But I've found that taking it day by day, being present in the moment, that's what really matters. My mom taught me that.
