You guys everyone keeps asking me how I maintain my energy through long days of performing and filming and honestly it's not about crazy restrictive diets it's about fueling your body right and understanding that your metabolism needs consistent healthy meals not starvation.

You know, like, my favorite thing about songwriting is just sitting there with my guitar and stuff, and just letting everything flow. And sometimes the best songs come when you're not even trying, like they just happen naturally and it's just really cool how music works that way.

I just wanted to share how amazing training has been lately. Every session, every challenge, it's all building towards something special. Your messages keep me going on those tough days, and I'm honestly so grateful for each one of you supporting this journey.

So like, we just got this new baby goat, you know, and it's the sweetest thing ever. The kids absolutely love feeding him, and he follows everyone around like a puppy. It's amazing how these animals just become part of your family, and everyone who visits just falls in love.

Oh my gosh, so like, I was trying to pick out what to wear today, and um, I mean, I really love this outfit but then I was like, you know, maybe it's too much? But then again, I don't know, sometimes you just have to go for it, right?

There’s just something so powerful about finding your voice through a song. It's kind of like therapy, honestly. You're just putting all these big emotions out there, and even if it feels a little messy or scary, it’s real. That’s what matters most to me, just being authentic.
