Hey guys, just got home from like a really long shift and I'm just chilling with some snacks and watching Netflix. Probably gonna fall asleep on the couch honestly, but like whatever. Just wanted to check in and say hi.

You know what else I don't get about guys? Why do they always adjust their pants when they stand up? Like, is something gonna fall out if you don't check? Just wondering, because I've been watching this for years.

I think it's really beautiful when we choose to be kind to ourselves. Life is a lot sometimes, and we're all just doing our best. I'm in a much better place now, and I hope you're taking care of your hearts too. Just be gentle.
