You know, I remember discovering Miles Davis when I was just a teenager, and it was just... it was something else. His trumpet playing, it just spoke to me. The way he could make those notes breathe, you know? It's like he wasn't just playing music, he was telling stories.

The recovery is going to be a long, long process and I'm just taking a ton of rest right now. The doctors say I need to stay calm and follow the routine. Thank you guys for all the messages and support, it really means a lot to me today.

And so, I was looking at these self-help books today. They come in all these beautiful colors, you know. And I thought, well, this one really speaks to me. It's about building happiness, building the life you want. The colors, the message, everything just works.

I had to learn that you can't just outrun your shadows, you know? It's easy to lose yourself in the noise of the road and the music, but taking that step back to find my footing again was everything. It's a slow process, healing and starting over, but it's worth it.

I mean, we are really looking at a future where, I don't know, digital intelligence exceeds biological intelligence by, like, a lot. It's, it's, it's really about the rate of change. I think it's probably, maybe five years until we see something profound. It is not zero risk, but the upside is incredible.
